Cursed Island

The Cursed island would be a rare island books surrounded by a perpetual storm. It would always be stormy, and have jagged rocks rising around the island. Shipwrecks would surround the island, and an abnormal amount of hostile mobs would spawn here. Additionally the island could be surrounded in an ethereal green glow, giving it an ominous cursed feel.
