The Warden is a mob living in an audio world. If it listens, why shouldn't it speak?
Imagine trying to sneak away from a Warden that has recently emerged and has sniffed you out, only to hear the creature attempt to speak your username.
Minecraft already has text-to-speech capabilities. With the right voice and filters, it can read the player's username and produce convincing lines that can offer a terrifying fright.
The filter could, for example, ignore special characters (_&$), ignore 'x' (Xx, xX), and maybe even recognize numbers sandwiched between letters as letters ('r3d' > 'red'). It could maybe slow down the speech of random syllables to get an 'unbalanced' speech pattern or possibly skip a few syllables.
Some example usernames:
'Axolotl' > "Ahh... ohh lott elll..."
'Xx_PVP_Champ_xX' > "Peee Veee... chammmp"
'His0kaMorou' > "Hee soh kaah... roooo..."
The scale of this speech could lie anywhere from fully articulate to barely-able-to-finish-a-word and it would be the right amount of creepy all the same.
