My idea is something similar to a crafting table, but the basic idea of it is adding 2 or more books, and 1 enchantment book. Some enchanted books you can find in the end or strongholds can have multiple enchantments, some of which go great (Sharpness 4 and Fire aspect 2), but others, not so much (infinity and protection 4). This makes it hard to choose which item you should put them on, as both can be good enchantments for different things, and you want one but don't want to lose the other.
My solution to this is a block that many people will find interesting and useful, the Separation Table!! This will make it where you can choose enchantments off of an enchantment book, and separate them into 2 or 3!
For example, you have an enchantment book with Sharpness, Fire Aspect, Infinity, Flame, and Mending (An amazing book to find, right?), you think all of the enchantments are good, but not worth losing if you use one and lose the other. Well, the Separation table's got ya! You put in the overpowered enchantment book, and 2 others, along with some lapis and your experience of course. After this, you choose to separate the Infinity and Flame. This leaves you with one having Fire aspect, Sharpness, and Mending, while the other has Infinity and Flame. This means you did not lose the good enchantments and you got to use the book to its full potential, putting one on a sword and the other on a bow!
