How my idea works, is there is a rare block called the "Enchant-Capturing Table" where you can put in an enchanted item of your choice (not books), lapis, 1 to 3 books, and your experience levels. This will allow you to choose enchantments off of these items and move them to books (which will now be enchanted) that you can save for later, the more you do, the more it costs.
For example, if you have an iron sword with Fire Aspect and Knockback, but you won't use it, you can move them to 1 book so you can enchant a Netherite sword with them instead. However, if you want them to be on different swords (you don't like those 2 being combined) you can add in 2 books and separate the 2 as well.
Another example is if you have a good pickaxe with efficiency and fortune, but it has silk-touch as well, and you don't want it on that specific pickaxe, you can take off silk-touch and move it to a book, from there, you can put it on a different one, give it to a friend, or keep it for later!
