New biome under bedrock or new dimension (not under bedrock XD)

Ok,ok. I know y’all completely scrapped this idea but I think this would look awesome.

you could add a new kind of liquid that glows blue and little villages with mushrooms but not the ones on the over world or in the nether. This mushroom is black and has a deep blue stem. It is similarly shaped to giant brown mushrooms. The houses of villagers would be on top of the mushrooms and have ladders leading up to the houses. But the villagers would be goblins not villagers. Their trades would be overpowered. They lack a lot of food in their dimension. So they will give you a new thing called ore compasses, which lead you to the nearest ores, for a bunch of bread or apples. They might give you diamonds for wheat seeds and dirt and water buckets, since no water naturally spawns in their dimension. You can place water, though. The ground will be made out of a new block called chend. Chend is not real, but would be made out of made out of obsidian and bedrock.So you can break it with a diamond pickaxe. You can use it to craft chend bits, and use that to make a new, stronger, armor and better tools.And hey, if you guys really don’t wanna add this under bedrock, ATLEAST ADD THIS AS A NEW DIMENSION! The portal can be made out of basalt! Or gold! Or something!!! Maybe there could be an experienced villager in the over world that can give you chend so you can make the portal! Please do this, it would be awesome.
