Messaging Friends directly on Minecraft

I want people to be able to message their friends on the home screen of Minecraft and all have voice chat too

    Hola quiero que cuando uno jugador esté jugando LLA sea en línea o normal Minecraft pueda cambiar la cansion que suena mientras está jugando y poner la siguiente y cuál en el menú principal
