Pillagers should respawn in woodland mansions

Pillagers keep respawning in Pillager Outposts. As the Woodland Mansions seem like their headquarters, they should keep respawning in the mansions like they do in the outposts.

    This would be fun, but then it would be to easy to farm totems and it would just be exploited which is sad.
