Tanks/Vats/Useful changes to composter(water storage)

This could be another use for the composter or A type of barrel(vat/tank) used to store water(can fill up with rain and snow(not lava). This could be used as an early cauldron and would have proper limits such as fills with rain/snow but can only fill bottles of water. It would look similar to the composter but skinnier so it’s easier to tell the difference especially when using resource packs. But this could be an additional use for the composter if mojang feels like renaming them to vats.
