Animal healing and plant growth uses for calcite

My idea is a peaceful mode/alternative to bonemeal that also can be used to heal animals, in real life calcite can be used as fertilizer and contains calcium that can be used to promote nail and hoof growth on farm animals. The first base idea is that 4(maybe 9) calcite could be turned into turned into 1 calcite dust. Note: calcite can be used as a block if the item idea is too much/too confusing Uses for calcite dust: 1. Can be used on an animal to heal it. 2. Can be used as a bonemeal that is less powerful(speeds up plant growth by 30 seconds, maybe less) 3. can be mixed with dirt to make a type of dirt that plants grow 8% faster on
