A New Use for the Smithing and Fletching Tables

As we all know, the Smithing Table is only used for upgrading diamond tools to Netherite. But what if you could actually create a new weapon with the Table? What if Minecraft had a new melee weapon: the Copper Warhammer! It would allow the player to hit monsters like a sword, but it could also be charged up to deliver a powerful hammer strike which would call down lightning from the sky. I think that would be pretty rad! It would probably have to have some drawback too, so the player didn't become too OP too soon. Maybe it could be super expensive to craft or have a long cooldown time between charged attacks? The Fletching Table is the only worktable that doesn't currently have a use for players. But what if this seemingly useless block were given a new use: what if it could be used to repair bows with string or sticks? And, to make it even cooler, maybe if the player put in their bow along with some form of payment(lapis, gold, diamond, etc.), it would enchant the bow/crossbow with a random special enchantment that couldn't be gained any other way, such as one that allowed the bow to ne better able to fire underwater, or that created electric arrows like the ones you can get in Minecraft Dungeons.
