New End Biome: Desolate Plains

The desolate plains is a dark, dangerous dessert-like biome with end sand covering it in patches. Spikes of veal, a desaturated magenta stone, with cores of obsidian are present as well. Enderman and shadow arches spawn here. Shadow archers are skeleton like mobs that shoot ender arrows at you. Ender arrows (maybe a fletching table is needed to craft them) are special arrows that can pass through walls but have a much shorter range. Shadow archers will take near in light levels greater than 7 and will not shoot into light End sand is a dark sand that is like normal sand but have water repelling properties and can completely flowing block water and deflect splash water bottles
