Instead of having the warden drop the skulk catalyst, the warden should spawn a catalyst where it dies similar to how normal skulk spreads when a mob dies near a catalyst.
I feel like this makes a lot more sense in terms of drops (it means the warden could drop something else which is a whole other discussion).
It could also account for the origins of catalysts in the deep dark with the life cycle of a warden being that it spawns a block when it dies that can potentially give life to a new warden when mobs die near it and a shrieker is spawned.
I think that it would also be a great chance to add a cool animation to it’s death which we can all agree feels a bit underwhelming in it’s current state.
