Ravager’s Horn!!! Alternative Way to Add the Beloved Copper Horns!

When the Copper Horn was removed from the Wild Update, many fans were upset at this decision. The reason given was that they didn’t quite fit into the game, so I’m offering an alternative idea of how the beloved horn could be added. 

Many players agree that a single saddle is not a good enough drop for a mob as tough as the Ravager. They are meant to be killed unlike the Warden, but can pose a difficult fight. Since raids can contain several Ravagers, I think that they should have a different drop that is rewarding but not game-breaking. A “Ravager Horn”, a reskinned Copper Horn works great for this criteria since (if it works the same as the copper horn), it isn’t powerful, but is still an item that could be sought after, especially on multiplayer servers. Plus, if there were 8 different Ravager’s Horns just like the Copper Horns, it would incentivize players to fight multiple raids, especially if the chance for a Ravager to drop a horn wasn’t 100%.

This idea would make Ravagers much better mobs while not threatening game balance. Multiplayer servers such as Double Life have shown us how fun Goat Horns can be, and adding Copper Horns, or Ravager Horns would provide even more enjoyment for the players.

Ravager Horns could also be called a  “Horn of The Beast”. This name sounds cooler and is an reference to the original name for the Ravager, The Illager Beast.
