A goo like stuff in the new deep dark cities

It would be a goo like item that you could fuse with the sculk blocks to het like a more animated and glowing version of it that you coild break nearly instantly but for other people it would take the same amound of time that in would take to break obsidian. (if you would have a iron hoe it would be the same time as with an iron pickaxe) and because this block would be a bit over powerd it would be very rare to find. I dont know yet where ypu could get it, it could be a 1% drop from warden or it could be a rare item from the cheats that are in the deep dark cities but this could be a great block only tging that i need to say now is that the mining speed would depend on the player that placed it and if its placed with commands then no one would own it. If a player who doesnt of in would break it he\she would get only sculk amd the owner would only get it back from mining it. The block would act the same with redstone related stuff and would have mostly same properties as the normal sculk block
