Chameleon Block

The Chameleon Block is a block that could look like other blocks. It would change to look similar and/or exactly like the block that surrounds the majority of it. There could be plenty of exceptions, such as it only being able to do this with natural blocks, and blocks that are easier to obtain. There are many benefits to this, but my intended benefit is that Endermen (especially large hauntings of them in the End) would be unable to pick up this block. Perhaps the only blocks it could blend in with are the ones Endermen can pick up, which could help keep things more balanced.
