Making icy boots not work when you bend down

This would serve to hecr that when one cultivates the crops are not broken by freezing the water with the boots that are not even touching the water this would be activated by bending down and is complemented by the enchantment of swift sneak Maybe it's a very inesesary change but Bothers me a lot And it would be a good idea
