Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Curse which locks items to one dimension

Add a new curse for tools and armor that causes the item to be unable to go through portals. If it's in your inventory, you drop it when you start to go through. If it's in a chest in a boat or minecart, it drops out of that too. If it's just an item on the floor, it won't go through portals. 

This could be especially common on loot found in the Nether or the End.
