The Interdimensional Merchant

The Interdimensional Merchant would be a cloaked figure that has a face that is covered by shadow and the only part of the face you could see would be two enderman like eyes. There would only be one interdimensional merchant in the entire server, but it would have the ability to teleport around, going to more than one place. The interdimensional merchant would teleport right before being hit by an attack and once every day. The interdimensional merchant would also be able to go to the Nether and the End, but he would only go to the dimension that has the most players in it. The sorts of items he would trade away would be chorus fruit, shulker shells, purpur blocks, soul sand, warped fungus, and other items from the Nether and the End. But these items would be more expensive than the items offered by villagers, wandering traders, and piglins. If the interdimensional merchant was added to Minecraft, it would add another mystery to the game for people to solve and another friendly face to the game.

    I think it'd be cool if the merchant could be trading any random item (item numbers preset ahead of time)! It'd make finding the merchant or stumbling upon them a lot more exciting and less boring if you've stumbled upon them before. Mechanics wise with teleporting, I think it'd make sense to spawn the merchant into the world after the player has loaded in a certain (large) number of chunks, with the merchant teleporting only in the areas the player has been in before or in a few chunk radius outside of where they've been.
