Otters spawning in rivers/lakes!

Hello Mojang! I recently was playing Minecraft and noticed the lack of predators for fish. Foxes are hardly ever near fish, so the only thing fish do is swim freely, which is very unrealistic and a missed opportunity. I believe that otters in Minecraft would be cute and add an extra layer of potential for the game as a whole. Maybe players could breed them with fish? Anyways I think rivers look plain and sometimes boring so this would be a great addition! I hope someone sees this :)

    I also had this idea for rivers, along with a few other animals, and plants. I think otters should be tameable as well.
