Reducing deep dark biome spawn rate

The deep dark recently added is obviously a super dangerous biome and a pretty scary one too, and for that reason that sould be a rare biome even deep in cavern this sould be pretty rare to incounter but it's not in fact i created 3 survival map but each time i got deep into cave i rencountered a deep dark and that blocked me because for my level it was way to dangerous to keep mining this way, plus minerals won't even spawn on the block that fill the deep dark biome so i was stuck i couldn't really countinue mining in cave cause i had no chance in surviving long, so it affect the way you play too much if this was rarer then it would be cool to explore in end game and won't be game breaking in early game plus it really just spoil the cave diversity as a hole considering this biome is still the less diverse biome of all minecraft i've seen yet if we don't consider the structures
