Please let us make custom NBT Recipes

Its extremely frustrating to deal with the lack of NBT crafting recipes, it doesnt make sense why only crafting has been omitted from NBT modification as things like Advancements, Loot tables, Villager trades and even full on Dimensions CAN be changed, but crafting can not, it also causes much more lag and ruins immersion as people have to work around these limitations with more commands.

    This is the technical thing I want the most, this would allow for significantly easier custom item crafting in datapacks
