New sound block made with amethyst and echo shards

I'm not completely sure how this would work. It would be a new sound block created with 4 amethyst shards, 4 echo shards, and a note block at the center. Imagine it as a note block that makes any sound you want. When placed on different blocks, it would play different sounds. Similarly to a note block, you can toggle between the different sounds available to the block below it. For example, if the new sound block had an emerald block below it, it could toggle between villager sounds. This could be used for many redstone contraptions that scare players, like playing tnt sounds when there isn't even tnt.
