Blindness, darkness, and other effects potions on creative inventory

Imagine this: You are making a map or something, and you are just too lazy or don't feel like or have specific reasons to not use commands, and want to let's say apply the potion effect without commands or specific ways to someone or something. This would be a solution to all that problems! While i'm a windows 10 player, it would be good to see it on java too. This potions would only appear on creative inventory and have no recipe.
