Mending as a more common to end cities

So it would be great that you are not required to get villagers to get mending. You should be able to find mending to all of your gear from end cities. It would give a reason to be excited to loot end cities because it would make  mending an end game enchantment. I think you could still be able to trade mending books, but this change would make the gameplay loop more complete and woulnd't require every player to get villagers. So make mending more common in end cities and make it so that you could get it to all of your gear.
