Parrot modifications

The parrot in Minecraft could use improvements, it does not attract a player to the jungle.

A more tropical-fish style look would be good for a parrot.

Also, parrots should have the mechanics of a fox, wherein they can hold items in their mouths.

Parrots could have a practical function, as to scare off phantoms. Parrots so far don't have any use other than dance and decoration, and more technical use for the parrot would be better for it overall.

    I think that is part of the charm of the parrot, I enjoy that it is just a neat pet you can obtain. I'm under the belief that not every mob in Minecraft needs to have some use other than just ambience and world building.
