Harvestable Sculk and Echo armour

Sculk right now can be harvested with a Silk Touch hoe, and used as decoration but has no other functional purpose. I propose being able to harvest Sculk and forge new items out of it. 

Sculk could be harvested with a hoe, and it would drop Sculk Seeds. These would be planted on tilled farmland and would grow in opposition to standard crops, needing darkness instead of light for growth. Soul torches and lanterns would provide light but not hinder its growth as other light sources would. 

Sculk Seeds would look very similar to melon and pumpkin stalks eventually grow into a Sculk Gourd, which is like a pumpkin but Sculk-coloured. Mining this with a standard hoe would give a Sculk Fruit, but Silk Touch will simply give a Sculk Gourd item. 

Eight Sculk Fruits and one Echo Shard would be crafted into an Activated Echo Shard, which in turn could be crafted into Echo armour. Echo armour would give the same protection as Iron but cannot be enchanted, and would provide protection against the sonic boom attack of the Warden unlike other shields, armour and enchantments.
