Teleporting portals that work with dungeon update

Create a special item that can be obtained through a mob in the dungeons update like a witch or enchanter so it’s not just random and there can be two variants of this item and when you form a portal with obsidian you place that item in the top middle and travel to another location and place the other variant of that item in the other portal to link those together and that’s how the portal will be able to teleport you to that specific location and you can also create multiple portals. This will be so helpful for people with old survival worlds so we don’t have to travel through the nether for 2 hours to find new biomes.
