Mining Camp and new "Miner" villager

Found in mountain biomes, made up of tents and and stone structures, with chests containing ores, food, and mining equipment. Contains a variant of villagers, the "miner". They spawn with iron pickaxes, and will go underground and mine at ore blocks during the day. Doing so turns the ore block into ordinary stone. Each day, each ore that they mine unlocks a trade from a specific tier of trades related to that ore - they will only do each trade only once and will always trade for emeralds. 

Coal tier - coal, stone tools, torches

Copper tier - raw copper, copper ingot

Iron tier - raw iron, iron ingots, iron tools/armor 

Gold tier - raw gold, gold ingots, gold tools, golden apple, golden carrots

Diamond tier - diamonds, diamond tools/armor, obsidian

    What is the block that turns a villager into a miner

    There wouldn't be one, they would technically be a separate mob, like how vindicators and evokers are different, but both illagers.
