Hardcoded redstone dust must be removed in Bedrock Edition

In Minecraft Bedrock, redstone dust is really hard to modify (changing its model, displaying levels, etc.) and because of that we only have few resource packs that allow us to change the redstone dust. And also because of the update, redstone dusts don't display levels anymore because the pack uses shader to display levels which doesn't work because of render dragon.
