Setting of vibration when using controler and keybord

There is no vibration setting when using the controler and keybord now, so add it.

    So, controllers on console will vibrate during certain events? Good idea.

    If you mean “make it so players have to option to not produce vibrations around sculk sensors,” that’s what sneaking is for.
