LIghtning enchanment/ lightning changes (edited)

I was thinking about tis for a while now but what if there was an enchanment that you can put on your sword that when you hit a mob theres a maybe 10% or 15% chance that whatever you hit gets struck by lightning and if the mob or passive animal died to the lightning the food it dropped was cooked... And i had another idea for lightning that if you put a iron sword, gold sword, diamond sword, and netherite swords on a armor stand and during a heavy storm if the armor stand was outside and high up lightning would strick the armor stand and be destroyed, but the sword that was being held by the armor stand would become a charged sword with the lightning enchanment... but with this enchanment you can not put any other enchanment on the sword... That my idea with that please reply if you consider this.           Also the lightning enchanment will only work during thunder storms...
