Minecraft Bedrock Edition for Mac

Since Java and Bedrock edition are sold as a bundle now on PC, I think Bedrock Edition should be available through the launcher on Mac devices as well. Bedrock already works on Mac through emulating the mobile version so I think adding an official way to play Bedrock on Mac would be nice.

    by "PC" they mean windows :(. it does work on macs that have windows installed though, but windows sucks

    I have both java and the bedrock edition, we need both, just like on PC you have both, all Microsoft has to do is basically tick a box saying that it can be shown on the Mac app store they already have the compatibility since the app can run on the m1/m2 iPads, so there is really no reason for them to not allow it on the Mac app store.

    I’d like to have Bedrock included with macOS as well. I have had times where I want to play with a friend on Minecraft, but they’re using Minecraft for Nintendo Switch, which is Bedrock. So having Bedrock included with Java would be useful.

    I literally bought Java and Bedrock for my mac only to play my friends who only play Bedrock!!!!

    Give us Minecraft Bedrock for Mac!!!!!

    It makes no sense that it isn't available on Macbooks yet. Why advertise that the game is cross-platform when the majority of platforms are not compatible with it?

    all my friends play bedrock. It's really frustrating not having bedrock on my mac

    from what I've researched there is really no engine difference between bedrock edition and education edition so there really should be no hold back on putting bedrock edition on Mac OS.
