Amethyst Totem for Duping Allay

Right now, it’s planned to dupe Allay with a single piece of Amethyst shard. This is extremely cheap to do and will greatly diminish the overall value and rarity of the Allay. As well, even though this allows for another use for Amethyst, it is still very cheap and wouldn’t have a very big impact or create a big enough sink for it. I would like to suggest adding a new, craftable item, the Amethyst Totem. The Amethyst Totem is crafted by combining Shards of Amethyst (or blocks of Amethyst) with a Totem of Undying in a crafting table. Whether to use shard or block, as well as how much of them, can be tweaked for balancing purposes (8 shards around a totem for an 8 shard sink, or maybe 4 blocks around a totem for a 16 shard sink, or other combinations). Output number of Amethyst Totems can also be tweaked for better balancing. Totems are rare but still also renewable, so it’s a much better option than having a finite new item that is only lootable from treasure chests in Ancient Cities or what have you, or a super cheap option like only Amethyst Shards. Additionally, since Totems grant “another life” to the user, it would make sense that using it can “grant another life” in the form of duping a new Allay
