Totem of Ender

Totem of ender (placeholder name) would block a fatal strike, and teleport you to a nearby location if available, like a chorus fruit. If you fell into a lava lake your totem might not activate as no safe blocks would be near enough. This would be useful against the warden as it would save your life, and give you distance.

    How would you obtain this? Something about ender pearls/crystals/eyes and a totem of undying?

    This item could also be placed on ground to attract endermen & distract them from picking up blocks in a 50 block radius. A small glowing statue (made of crying obsidian+end rod+end crystal?)
    Players would make “ender shrines” to prevent them from messing natural terrain at base or use them as farms or as mob caps.
