Allays should be renewable through echo shards

Allays should be renewable through echo shards and not amethyst shards to give echo shards a use in hardcore mode.And echo shards should have a 5% chance to drop from sculk blocks so that you dont have to depend on a non renewable resource to duplicate allays.It will also prevent mass duping of allays

    Love the idea, was going to post this myself. Not sure about the 5% chance from sculk blocks, seems high or too easy, perhaps a chance to drop from a sculk catalyst or shrieker without silk touch?
