New item for the ender pearl

I have three new ideas for the ender pearl, because the ender pearl after of the portal and get Elytras, this item is unhelpful. Because it hurts you and it's very slow. So:

1. Add a portal with items very hard of find. A platform what send you another location, what linked whit an item (compass for example).

2. Magic Wand. This element save a three mobs in the magic wand, and after expulsed with right click. This item help for move a pacific mob (for example three cows) another ubication. 

3. Time Clock. This element no turn back time, you move another block where you walked. This item help for the moments where the player going to die, for example: down in the big cave, push right click, and after going to back blocks walked before (five or ten blocks), with the limit is five seconds or more.
