Enchantment that makes armor transparent

This enchantment could have 3 levels. I'm thinking level 1 could be 30% transparent, level 2 would be 60%, and level 3 would be 90%. The main thing is that it helps with showing off your minecraft skins, but it would also work with the invisibility potion.
