Allays should be renewable and transported easier

Allays should be renewable in some way, for example being bred with a food like cookies or cakes, or being summoned by a friendly version of the evoker, which can be a new mob that can be summoned by villagers to protect them when a raid happens. It makes sense that allays should be renewable because they are very hard to get in large quantities but are needed in large quantities to make sorters for non-stackable items.

You should also have a way to transport allays, such as scooping them in a bucket. It makes sense that allays should have an easier way to be transported because it would be much easier to input allays into item sorters and to transport them from and to places in general, since the allays are very hard to transport otherwise, since they fly and cannot teleport to you when you get too far away from them.
