Luminescent Liquids

Luminescent Liquids would be a fantastic decoration, which would compliment mystical builds GREATLY. These liquids could function similar to lava as opposed to water. They would have no infinite pool, and require each source block to be placed.  They can come in a wide spectrum of colors, and have varying intensities of light. Perhaps each intensity of light has a different crafting recipe. It can look something like this: Water bucket + Dye + GlowStone Dust/Glowstone/Redstone Dust. Slimeballs might also make sense. The slime could affect the opacity of the fluid, making it a solid color, and less see through. 

These liquids could be crafted in a crafting table and put into a couldron. These would be bottled and turned into decorative glowing potion bottles. These would look good in magic builds, and would look nice on a shelf.
