Diamond/Netherite beacons being actually more valuable

This is a concept raised by the community multiple times before but i personally think some of the suggestions go too extreme but now as of the 1.18 update we have the perfect reason to make the diamond or netherite beacon actually worth your while when having one of the two beacons nearby you should have an effect which is powerful enough to let you mine blocks like deepslate and tuff instantly this will be an appropriate change as it will not interfere with the orignal intentions of the Devs that deepslate is harder but also make the mining for resources interface for the user better.
