volcanoes in nether

Within the Nether there is the Basalt Delta, a Biome that looks like the remains of inactive volcanoes. I think it would be an interesting idea if there were also active volcanoes in the nether too.

    The Nether is a very volcanic place, so maybe not a full volcano, but definitely volcanic activity!
