Scrolls for Spellcasting

These would be single use items create some effect when activated. Less powerful scrolls can be obtained from trading with villagers or piglins, more powerful ones are found only in loot chests. There would be three main categories:

1. Medley scrolls - Give a mixture of status effects suited for a particular task, for example, a scroll of underwater exploration that gives water breathing, aqua affinity, and extended underwater vision. 

2. Attack Scrolls - Create a splash potion effect around the player, affecting all entities in range. Ex. Fire Scroll - sets all entities on fire.

3. Special Scrolls - Give a completely unique effect, rare, can only be found in very specific loot chests. Ex. Flight Scroll - lets the player swim through air by sprinting and jumping. Spider Scroll - night vision, jump boost, and ability to climb walls. Enderscroll - lets player teleport short distances by selecting a block. Location Scroll - does the locate command.
