Disable F3 without cheats

Disabling F3 key without cheats will encourage people to use maps, compasses and magnetites more than before.

    In real life people also don't have coordinates, can spoof bases through pie charts, the F3 just ruin big servers

    To encourage people to not use F3, and to offload the impact of removing F3 for people who rely on it, maps should have grids similar to the latitude and longitude on real maps that display static coordinates in multiples of 64.

    Maybe use the new copper ore to create octants?
