turtle helmets should be immune to anvils and stalactites

turtle helmets are extremely hard to acquire and pretty much useless. one step to fixing this would be to make them immune to anvils and stalactites. it would also be nice to have increased defense when crouching with the helmet plus speed and vision buffs in the water.

    Making the weaver immune to falling blocks make no sense, although everything else does. Maybe protection on it has double effect but gives slowness and when worn, if you have slowness, you gain Resistance (slowness effect intensity /2 + 1)
