Add Blank Unused Items, Blocks, and Models for Datapacks

Instead of using current in-game items to add Custom Model Data for datapacks, What if the game included blank, unused items for easier implementation of custom items via the datapack system.

For example:

Blank Item - A generic blank item that can have a custom texture and custom model data.

Blank Food Item - A food item that can have a custom texture, custom model data, custom effects, and customizable hunger effects.

Blank Utility Item - A utility item that can have a custom texture, custom model data, customized GUI, and customized uses for crafting.

Blank Block -  A block that can be customized with textures and multiple custom model data using predicates, just like with items for unlimited possibilities for custom blocks.

Blank Book -  A book for custom enchantments with a custom item texture.

    As someone getting into datapack creation, I agree this is a must. I also figure it would be easy to implement at least some of these features: just add maybe 16 items that can't normally be crafted or used to craft, and that's already a massive improvement to what's possible with custom crafting recipes.

    They could totally add a few hundred blank blocks/items, and I think if there's any time they would do this it is now because of the number of updates we are getting for datapacks.
