Double Despair Enchantment

A new enchantment for swords only. It is called “Double Despair” (Or whatever name is fit) and works as such. Whenever an entity or player is hit, 0.5 seconds after the hit, purple particles will show on the victim, and the attack will happen again, automatically. This includes any other enchants, potion effects, or critical hits were on the blade. It basically automatically does the attack again 0.5 seconds after the hit. This is a very powerful enchantment, so it could maybe only be found in the Ancient Cities. This would give much more incentive to go there, as it would basically double pvp ability.
