Bow with effect, from an tipped arrow

Fletching table can now craft new enchanted weapon.

On the fletching table, you can now combine a bow with tipped arrows. 

When combining a stack of arrows and a bow, you will get a slightly improved bow that now has:
+15% not to spend an arrow with a tip
+2 seconds to Effect Duration

Each subsequent stack adds:
+5% not to spend an arrow with a tip
+1 second effect duration

When combining a bow with the eighth stack of tipped arrows, all of the above effects are removed, but an enchantment is applied to the bow that turns all fired arrows into tipped arrows. The enchantment is not compatible with the "Mending" and "Ignition" enchantments.

Effects and enchantments only apply to those arrows that you have combined with a bow. Regular arrows cannot be combined with a bow
