Dog whistle/better dog AI

Dogs are awesome but they have certain aspects that make them extremely annoying!!

A whistle crafted with five iron or gold nuggets could change that.

shifting and using it would cause all dogs in the area to sit down while shifting and double clicking the whistle would cause them to stand up. Blowing the whistle with the cursor pointed at a entity (player or mob) would cause all the dogs to attack it.

This would make dogs a lot more practical and be used more often. 

While this is going on, could you make it so we could also pet the dog PLEASE!!!!!! It could be shift right clicking.
