Lanterns should emit light when held in hand

Lanterns should be able to emit light when it is selected in your inventory. This would be a good backup for when a player runs out of torches.

    That's called "dynamic lighting" and something that's not able to be easily implemented into the game without causing lag (due to block updates) or otherwise lighting confusion (visual vs functional).

    It could be added, (Somewhat easily, just look at optifine) but Mojang refuses to add dynamic light sources. That's why the glow squids don't glow.
