Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Vine changes

I suggest a change be made to vines.

Vines are a pretty common sight in Minecraft, we see them in the overworld, in cave and on many structures. one problem I have with vines is the way they grow.

Vines seem to endless grow and spread in all directions be it left, right and downwards. I propose a change be made so vines behave more like glowberries, by this I mean they should only be able to grow in a downward manner and not be able to spread sideways. Alternatively, I could like to see a game rule be implemented to allow the player to turn off the spread/growth of vines all together similar to what we have with fire.

    The current way vines work is on purpose as it is how they work IRL. A gamerule could make sense but changing them to be like glowberry vines would be unrealistic.
